Rita Abi Ghosn is a Lebanese dietitian living in Dubai. She achieved her BS in human nutrition and dietetics from the Holy Spirit University in 2006 and is now working on her Master’s thesis, emphasizing on the food service subject.
After being certified in 2011 in managing food safety in catering from Specifico, an establishment specialized in food and personal safety, Rita started her career. She previously held many positions and now works as a dietitian and a quality controller in “Intercat Hospitality”, a catering company in Dubai. She is also a part time dietitian consultant in a clinic in Dubai health care city & Dr suad Lutfi medical center jumariha branch .
